Inaugural ROAR Competition Results and Expansion

Even with restrictions imposed due to Covid 19 pandemic, the inaugural Robot Open Autonomous Racing (ROAR) race was an overall success with 8 teams joining us from multi-disciplinary areas. ROAR will expand to 3 leagues:  S1 Series (Software simulation)*, V1 Series (Virtual Reality), and A1 Series (Autonomous Racing).

The center has had success in expanding into Richmond Field Station B164 with one of its main focuses on ROAR. We also want to acknowledge Michael Wu for all his efforts in helping develop the ROAR platform and the S1 Series. The center will upload the videos to our YouTube channel soon.
